Cancellation policy

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products (including digital toolkits, writing materials, and sample reads), all digital sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for digital items once the purchase is complete.

Physical Products (Standard & Non-Perishable)

For our standard physical products—such as original artwork, paintings, signed book copies, and ACEO miniatures—we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at creationsbykelsee03@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we will issue a full refund. Once this 24-hour window has passed or the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Please note: once we initiate the refund, there will still be a processing time from us to your bank. We are not responsible for the duration of time that a refund takes to process, please be certain of your order before placing it and ensure that you are familiar with your banks processing times. 

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

Fulfillment timelines and cancellation policies for Print-on-Demand (POD) items may differ from our standard physical products. Because these items are custom-produced and fulfilled through a third-party company, production often begins immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests for POD items within the 24-hour window, but we cannot guarantee it if the third-party supplier has already processed the order.

Perishable Items / Baked Goods

As noted in our standard store policies, due to the perishable nature of food items, all sales on baked goods are final and are not eligible for cancellation.
