Shipping policy
Shipping orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an inquiry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
