If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product from multiple angles showing the damage. These images help us verify the condition of the item upon arrival.

Once the damage is confirmed, the item must be returned to us. After we receive the damaged product, you may choose either:

• a full refund, or
• a replacement item (if available)

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once the damage has been verified.
